What's in all those cabinets??

Japan is an earthquake ready county, those cabinets are preventive devices for ceiling fall. the system works as 3 stages to absorb energy of falling ceiling: 1st = cabinets, 2nd = taller partitions, 3rd = shorter partitions on desks. ( : P)
